Well I'd rather drive to Merriweather. Shows in DC area are not only for DC people.

Merriweather, especially during the week, is too much of a commitment of time and energy. If it's on a weekend, then fine. At least if the show is in DC I have a chance of going. I think that's true for most DC folks. Work and traffic can be really complicating factors.
