Coachella Dates Announced

The Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival will return to Indio, Calif.'s Empire Polo Field on May 1-2. The fifth annual festival will feature around 60 bands, though none have been confirmed.
Air, Prefuse 73, Electric Six, and The Thrills are reportedly set to play. The gossip mill is also churning out rumors that Radiohead and the reunited Pixies may be at the top of the bill.
The Goldenvoice-promoted event began in 1999 and has become one of the country's most celebrated festivals. More than 68,000 fans braved the desert heat to attend last year's show, according to organizers.
