I like to buy odd merch at shows and Big Freedia's 2018 show at 930 added the Big Freedia In Your Pocket keychain into my life.  Worth every penny.  https://store.bigfreedia.com/collections/frontpage/products/big-freedia-in-your-pocket-keychain

sweet, think thats smaller than the cat
seen a few good shows there
I wanted to get the SS tix, but I had a parent teacher thing and thought it would be bad form to miss that for a concert
and with my poor ticket mojo, would have likely failed anyway

man my wallet hurts
face value tix for Post Malone were insane
my kids birthday is that week and has been pestering me for a year that if PM ever comes to town I need to get tix for her
things you do for love...

I may just resell these and buy her a bike...jez
Don't give in to the whole "bike" thing; the Post Malone show will give her great face tattoo inspiration/goals.
I just couldn't rationalize paying $700 for two tickets for someone I don't really like (luckily I didn't tell my kid)
wasn't even in the front row, was row c section121 (great seats tho...but at that price!)
and made a little extra scratch selling them on stub hub
I think I'll use that to get our matching face tattoos

Cat=700
Independent=500

And I'm only 4 tracks into the new album and am loving the new southern rock sound.  Going to be interesting to see the Mrs reaction...she of the country girl shake it for me type.

Some of these tunes sound like recent era Black Keys tunes if they had some balls.

I'm digging it after first listen.
