If you ever find yourself out of the city, there is a interesting new restaurant in Marshall Virginia called Field and Main. Opened by a former sommelier of the Ashby Inn in Paris Virginia.
marshall is really becoming a food destination with that place, the red truck bakery, the whole ox butcher and more coming soon.
nice people, no pretense, great food and beautful scenery.

Be more specific: equestrian horse country, racing horse country, dressage horse country, polo horse country. . .

^ yum's on 16th - jumbo wings w/mumbo sauce - always a winner.

as far as i can tell, there is no restaurant called "yum's" on 16th... did you mean this place on 14th, by the P Street Whole Foods?  they don't have a website, so can't confirm if they make mumbo wings.

edit: nevermind, pretty sure you meant 14th - the previous comments were all about 14th...

I'd highly recommend Hen Quarter in Old Town, Alexandria for fans of fried chicken.

So with GBD closed...where is a good spot for Fried Chicken in Dupont?
is The Chickery any good?

speaking of GBD...NRG is taking over with a similar venue
