I believe this has been discussed before, but I need some help with some excellent restaurant recommendations for Asheville.  I am going for 3 or 4 days, and only have one reservation at a place called Curate.

Thanks!

Check out the Stoney Knob for dinner which is between Asheville and Weaverville. Cool vibe restaurant and good food (need reservation-closed Mondays).  Sunny Point for breakfast but expect to wait 30-45 minutes for sitting.  Nine Mile is also very good-Caribbean food (2 locations).  Bears and 12 Bones for good barbecue (I've heard)

I also knew that asking here, would get get some great responses!  Thanks so far!  I love, the fact that Space, was saying that it is gross to support and go to the Biltmore.  Damn . . . I am going one day, because I have never been, and they are doing some immersive Van Gogh thing there.

Mandalay the awesome Burmese restaurant in Silver Spring announced they would be re-opening soon in their old location.  It was sadly missed the few months they were gone...

Have you ever been to La Malinche Spanish and Mexican Tapas,  a few doors down from the Fillmore?  Excellent place for food before a show!
