I know Seth has some pull, but unless he's hosting the 'Surprise at the club' after party for the rapture...
Wonder what kind of rider would our lord and savior would have?

anyone get the vinyl?
they had one (clear) at barnes & noble in manassas.
it is a stunningly beautiful package - I feel like I should be wearing white gloves handling it.
the 1st side (3 songs) is sooo good.
it's going to take a bit more listening to penetrate the 2nd side.
glad for new takes on 'sue' and 'tis a pity', but I really liked the big band arrangement on the 10" single last year.
and my dog loves it - really attentive to the sonic details - he should know, his 1st listening experiences were 'station to station' and barking at the cowbell on 'diamond dogs'.

Between this and Lemmy, two devastating losses in a short amount of time. Very, very had to accept. Sigh.

Absolutely blindsided by this. I think we all knew Lemmy's time had come. But Bowie? I'm at a complete loss.

Not too dissimilar actually to think about their helath. They both had health scares/major complications a few years back and I recall when "The Next Day" came out, people speculated that the lack of tour/promo was due to failing health.
I find it crazy as well that Lemmy and Bowie were roughly the same age. Really, what does 12 months really mean in the span of ~ 70 years... I think I'm still in shock/denial.
WHAT?
