strange coincidence: about an hour before i logged on to the bboard last friday and read the above post, the term "heroic dose" had entered my mind, so i decided to look it up.  apparently the heroic dose exercise is five grams of cubensis, taken alone, in a dark room.  you are supposed to do the trip solo with only the option of playing some music to calm you down if needed... otherwise it's just you, what's left of your mind, and whatever you see in that dark room. 

personally, i think that sounds awful.  would not recommend.

lol can't argue with that logic.  but i'll defend myself by way of: there are bands that i'm perfectly fine watching one night - but five nights in a row wouldn't be enjoyable.  i don't need to endure those 5 nights to confirm this ;D
