Super Excellent Seats question

Is there any way to return and get a refund for a super excellent seat?

I know they aren’t transferable but I got stuck with some unexpected business travel and have to miss Alice In Chains. I’d really rather not “eat” the ticket cost.

Are there any options anyone can suggest that I explore?

You can give it to a friend or colleague who can use it so long as you also give them a copy of your ID (a picture text on their phone is preferable), but no refunds.

Want to buy a ticket for the 2nd Arctic Monkeys show (shooting for a super excellent) but there's a chance I won't be able to go. Are all tickets truly non-transferable? Would hate to throw down $92.50 just to eat the cost and not be able to give the ticket to anyone.
