With my wife out of town, my daughter asked me to take her clothes shopping.

Annandale Goodwill - The Specials-Ghost Town

Fairfax Goodwill -Blue Oyster Cult -Joan Crawford Has Risen From the Grave

Lots of good thrift finds, my wife is going to hate is bringing more clutter into her house.

*not grocery stores
They are if you’re hungry enough.

interesting variation on bill murray's “every pizza is a personal pizza if you try hard and believe in yourself”
Are you telling me people have never boiled boots and shoes to eat when they’re hungry enough? Are you denying the Holocaust? In this economy!?

Such a great song…always find it hard to believe Ronnie Wood then in Faces sings it and not Ronnie Lane who wrote it because only a few years later on his solo albums his voice sounds so much more ragged.

We added it to the playlist for my father in law’s memorial about a month ago.

Rod Stewart who was in Faces sang it- finally - a while back and Ronnie’s version is still the best.

I went to two Trader Joe's today. The first one had Blondie (One Way or Another), the second had Feist.

There was another good one too, but I'm forgetting what it was.

I recently heard "Welcome to the Working Week" by Elvis Costello and the Attractions at Trader Joe's Glover Park, but it was on a Thursday so I was confused.

At Whole Foods Friendship Heights the other day:

Kool & The Gang "Hollywood Swinging"

followed by
The Ramones "I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend"
