Does that mean that IMP can still require it for entry?
I'm fine if they do, just want to understand

also will IMP do this march 1?
Bowser said cases have dropped more than 90% and there has been a 95% reduction in hospitalizations since the most recent Omicron wave — masks won’t be required in restaurants and bars, sports and entertainment venues, gyms or businesses, the mayor said.

Well I like it

You shouldn’t require things unless necessary

I mean otherwise why not require people to permanently wear masks to prevent flu and cold spread?

Article doesn’t mention mass gathering events like concerts and sports

Of course if events warrant it you can always bring back requirements

Article says businesses can still require

I doubt many will… it’s a financial killer… costs for businesses far outweigh benefits

Individuals can determine for themselves wether they want to wear a mask or even attend

Ok per IMP Facebook post (I think yesterday) IMP venues will continue requiring proof of vaccination and mask wearing for the time being….

It is my understanding some other non IMP venues will not require proof of vaccination and mask wearing

Today is the first day of masks optional at school in VA.

My kid reports a total of one unmasked kid in her first period class. She also walked by one of her other teacher's first period class, and reported all kids are masked by the teacher is not.

We told her she could do whatever she was comfortable with.
