^ I always thought that was a horrible book for kids
the kid just takes and takes and takes...and the tree gets death for it's kindness and enabling his greed

well, someone finally did a revision that I would read to my kids

I received a $187.58 settlement check in the lusnak v bank of America case ?
I had a mortgage in CA between July 2008 and December 2018 and I guess they screwed me on the escrow....so I will take it as a win!
