Democrats hold a substantial early voting lead in the hotly contested Virginia governor’s race between Former Democratic Gov. Terry McAuliffe and Republican Glenn Youngkin.

although, counting the chickens before they hatch, is a dangerous proposition

Democrats hold a substantial early voting lead

this isn't really news, is it?  it's an established pattern: dems tend to vote early and by remote methods (by mail, for example), whereas repubs tend to vote in-person on the day of the election.

so last night in the Mitten State a  state house district went blue which was carried in double digits by the cheeto... a district around Grand Rapids which spawned the DeVos's and is a conservative as all get out.. anyways the QOP clown defeated was the one that recently stated that rape is inevitable and his daughters should just lay back and enjoy it...

his daughter came out against him and he turned around and blamed it on her indoctrination at a liberal university

so is this a case of words matter or evidence of a possible shift from red to blue...

You know the state shaped like a mitten with the extra peninsula bit…

Although I see the case could be made that Wisconsin is mitten shaped if you look really hard at it…

I was thinking Utah because of Mitten Romney.
