The committees won’t even consider it, so will never get to the floor for a vote

They did pass prohibition as the 18th amendment in 1920 and didn’t get repealed until 33
So like trump winning, anything is possible

Fun fact, Virginia passed state wide prohibition in 1915!

complete disarray: the GOP's impeachment case against joe biden is founded on the testimony of an FBI informant.  everyone on the right was saying this guy, Alexander Smirnov, was the smoking gun that would take down ol' joe.  there's a great video of jim jordan making the rounds in which he says "the most corroborating evidence we have is (a statement) from this highly credible confidential human source"

well, that rooskiy was indicted last week for lying to the FBI.  he is charged with making up the bribery scheme that benefited the bidens.  and today some of the case docs were made public, and guess who has numerous contacts with russian intelligence?
