Ha ha!
I been rereading Yuval Harari’s Sapiens. Parts of it are absolutely riveting.
How did we get here? When for hundreds of thousands of years we were low on the totem pole. Nothing to distinguish us from any other species. In fact we were kind of pathetic. Apparently our specialty for thousands of years may have been hiding and waiting til all the other species hunting had their fill and left and then running in and cracking leftover broken bones and eating the marrow. So we were behind the carrion eaters!
