Rooney was brilliant playing off the ball.  It was exactly the way Ferguson plays him when Ronaldo's on the pitch.

I'm giddy about Berbatov this weekend after watching that performance.

WTF?

I replied to your post earlier, but it didn't take.

Anyhow, what I said was that as bad as United played (and the second half was probably the worst half I've ever seen a United team play), I felt much better about my team after watching that clusterfuck on Tyneside.  I mean, the Board, the protests, the fans, Hull City, the red card - just an absolute mess.

*News Conference*

Mr. Mankie is expected to make a full recovery. The injury to his trachea is thankfully non-life threatening and the rope-burns around his neck should not leave lasting scars

We will keep you posted on his condition.

Got laid off so have been in Tampa to do some work on a friends house that she's totally renovating to make a few quid.

I'm not feeling good about this season, even at this early stage. So many injuries so early on is not good karma.

Be careful with Villareal, they can be a very strong team. By the way, what website are you all using to follow the scores of all the games? I used to use the spanish newspapers such as www.elpais.com, www.marca.com or others such as www.livescore.com. However, this year I am quite impresed by the uefa website.

It's official, United are the new Arsenal. They completely control the game while trying to dribble the ball over their opponents goal line.
