agreeded on the kajagoogoo episode... i'm really interested in seeing the extreme one today given it's only 30 minutes long... i'm guessing there is a little tension there.

the fgth is the best episode so far, becaue it the most engaging personalities.  especially holly and paul rutherford.  personally i think paul would make a great talk show host....

Kajagoogoo was cool, I really like the show, especially the reunion aspect and the elation the band feels as one upon performing together again.  That Limahl really is an amazingly personable guy and was so interactive with the crowd.  I've missed a few episodes (FGTH, Romeo Void, Dramarama), can't wait for the reruns!  Never liked Extreme but I'll check it out for kicks.

the posies played the old black cat once as an acoustic duo and then later with a full band.  the perniece brothers were one of the support for the second.  jon and ken have played with a variety of bass players and drummers, one of whom is now in fountains of wayne.

I was planning on going, but could not, the first of the 3 times I have missed the Pernice Brothers for a variety of reasons

It seems like everyone has seen the Pernice bros apart from Pollard. He ought to try a little harder to keep up.

Japan would be an interesting one....I think they broke up because David Sylvian was shagging the girlfriend of Nick Karns at one point...that and the good old 'creative differences' cop out of course.

I just realized that "Pippin" from Keen Eddie reminds me of David Sylvian....I knew he reminded me of someone but couldn't quite figure out who.

They'd be better suited on the greatest 1-hit wonders wouldn't they?

I don't think they were around long enough to justify a "reunite".

I get what your sayin but those 3 studio releases were ace IMHO.The live show was extremely energetic to say the least!!Guess they made enough to retire on their singles, nah couldn't have.
