I didn't even know they were on tour...
Oh well I've seen them twice in recent years, once at State theater with Love and last year or so at BC.
The Zombies are one of my favorite bands from the 60's and have made some of my most cherished records.
A frustrating show both times. At momemts brilliant. Colin still has the voice (he is so freaking twee though) and when they stick to the material it's great, but Rod Argent is such a tool he get's annoying sometimes, veers into prog territory with his keyboards, extended versions of some Argent stuff and "Time of the Season".
But they'll play oodles of Odessy and Oracle and a surprisingly good selection of their early R&B stuff.
Recommended once, maybe twice, but 3rd time is probably too much for me.
