Throwing Muses - the untitled 1986 one
seems a little out of place with your other choices but excellent nonetheless - probably in my top 5 as well

i'm rather hesitant to show my list but here goes:

 1. Pink Floyd- The Wall
Simply the best album I've ever heard.

 2. Beatles- Revolver
Without Revolver, Sgt. Peppers and White Album wouldn't have possible.

 3. Michael Jackson- Thriller
This album is so good that I'm willing to forgive Michael for any crazy thing he has done or will do.

 4. Primus- Sailing the Seas of Cheese
Just an album you can listen to straight through.

 5. The Who- Who's Next
 Ditto.

 Almost made it:
 black sabbath- paranoid
pink floyd- dark side of the moon
 nirvana- in utero
 sex pistols- nevermind the bollocks
bob dylan- blood on the tracks
 GNR- appetite for destruction
 rage's first album
 black flag- damaged
public image ltd.- compact disc/ metal box

Oh man!  I feel like a bastard for turning my back on a lot of albums in my collection...Assuming I can't get a K-Tel compilation     :D     5 it is:

 1- Beastie Boys Pauls Boutique
2- Bob Marley Songs of Freedom #1 (Box set)
3- Tool Aenima (best band I've ever seen live)
 4- Soundgarden Badmotorfinger
 5- White Zombie Astro-Creep-2K

Oddly, none of these have been in my personal rotation lately.  Guess they are like old friends I can call anytime I like.

On my short list that I cut from, I also had:

 Korn-Korn
 Alice in Chains-Dirt
 Marilyn Manson-Antichrist Superstar
 STP-Purple
 BLS-Blessed Hellride
 Metallica-Kill 'Em All
