Strongbow is available at several bars in Annapolis. It's the new big thing, Man! 6 months from now no one will want it anymore, mostly cause it sucks.

Except me, because it's my favorite drink ever.  It's only the most popular cider in the world, found in bars the world over.  I've had it in Singapore, Hong Kong, Portugal...but it's been next to impossible to find in the States.  From what you're all saying, hopefully that's changing.

I ordered a "Irish Carbomb" in a pub in Ireland.
I got a harsh lecture from the 10 or so people right around me.
I said sorry, and asked what they called that particular drink in ireland.
The response was a simple "carbomb"

Calvert Woodley, Chevy Chase wine and liquor, and Magruders all either sell it, or could order strongbow for you.

Hmmm.  I'll look into that, thanks.  I asked a few places about special ordering it when I was living down around Norfolk, and there's apparently no distributor for it in that region.  And searching online got me nowhere, except possible sellers in Florida and upper New England.

The Hard Rock Cafe in Bahrain (of all places) had it on tap, and thus is one of my favorite Hard Rocks out of the many I've visited.

A nice thread hijacking, by the way, if I do say so myself.  :)

Quitting a RAWK band because you can't take the rock and roll lifestyle is a pretty pussy move if you ask me...  And those Death Cab guys continue on.

Removing yourself from bad temptations actually sounds like a pretty smart idea to me.

I call it a Depth Charge now also.  But only because of the Bulgarians I knew in Seattle called it that.
