I'm going.  I've never seen him before, so I'm really looking forward to it, although I too wasn't overly impressed with the new album.  It should be a fun show no matter what he plays, though.

He's on the Kojo Nnamdi show today around 1:00 if anyone didn't get tickets. I always see Kojo at TL/RX shows.

I'll be there.  The last time I saw Ted was the last time he was at the Black Cat and he was really sick, but Ted being Ted, he still put on a very good show.
 
 His new album seems like a great EP that was just stretched to a full length.  The first 6 tracks (not counting the intro) stand up to just about anything he's done.

 The Love of Diagrams EP that's out is really good.  The full-length comes out in April, I think, and I haven't heard it yet.

I was listening to The Best Show on WFMU a few weeks ago and Ted was helping out with the fundraising marathon... which was great and hilarious as usual. Anyhoo, when talk of Living w/ the Living came up, Ted remarked "I don't even really like the new album", half-jokingly.
