I wouldn't worry.
 Right now, it's up in the air as to what the law is about deep-linking. Actually, it's kind of ironic that tickets.com has that rule in its agreement, because they were sued by Ticketmaster for deep-linking into ticketmaster.com (and Ticketmaster lost that suit).
