Discount Day
 Updated 02:09 PDT Tue, Jun 15 2004
California concertgoers have a hot opportunity coming up this summer, courtesy of Bill Graham Presents. For one day only, the promoter is offering lawn tickets to all upcoming shows at three of its biggest venues for $20 each.

On June 20, from 10 a.m. to midnight, general admission lawn tickets will be discounted to $20, including parking, for all shows currently on sale at Shoreline Amphitheatre (Mountain View, Calif.), Chronicle Pavilion (Concord), and Sleep Train Amphitheatre (Marysville). The only service charge will be a single $4.10 fee added to each order for tickets purchased by phone or through the Internet.

The discount means big savings on acts like The Who, Sting & Annie Lennox, Fleetwood Mac, and the Projekt Revolution tour. Regular lawn prices for those shows and others easily exceed $40 apiece.

Other shows you can hit on the cheap include Lollapalooza, Tim McGraw, Jessica Simpson, Alanis Morissette / Barenaked Ladies, Ozzfest, Boston, Al Green, Chicago / Earth, Wind & Fire, Rod Stewart, Rush, Britney Spears, Vans Warped Tour, Dave Matthews Band and Josh Groban.
