All joking aside, I can't believe right after having your name stolen by another band you'd go out and knowingly choose a name another band has.

I never care about names..I for one hated the name Cartel to no end..but you got 4 other people in the band...and I tend to be the one to get outvoted on things like this..so I'm not fighting this one...specially after the great news we got this morning that you'll know soon enough...

Maybe you don't care, but isn't it obvious that these guys out West do care?  I mean, that's kind of shady, especially since they've gone out of their way to be nice about it.  It isn't like you all have played any shows around the area as Cedars yet - why would it be so difficult to work out something different if somebody objects to it, especially if they will be facing the same problem that you guys did?

no idea, but isn't the point the same?

and you think somebody from the forum who would do that actually would spell all of the words correctly and find an actual legal backing for their point?

It seems that it is their manager according to the handle on the band's website.  But you should beware of the wrath of Darrin and Darrell...

It's probably for the best. Who does a porno with a wah pedal? Everyone knows a Frampton-esque voicebox is the way to go!

Depends on the plotline really..the Wah-Wah works great on orgy scenes...I agree that the voicebox is great for girl on girl action.. the casio keyboard rules on moneyshot scenes...
