Morcheeba
« on: January 17, 2003, 02:31:00 pm »
Well I for one am really looking forward to Morcheeba on Tuesday night.
Is anyone else going? Anyone know what they play or how they do the Kurt Wagner and Slick Rick songs?

This so qualifies as a girlfriend show (unlike, say, Burning Brides and Division of Laura Lee tonight) and, appropriately, I'll be there with my girlfriend.

I've seen Morcheeba once before and was impressed with their set. Could be worth the time to see again and hear some new songs.

are you thinking of Moloko?
Moloko started out as a portishead rip-off act then turned more pop.
Morceeba sound very different indeed from portishead, fool.
