This album is undoubtedly my favorite of 2011... Battled hard with Kurt Vile's - Smoke Ring for my Halo, but this album is just damn near perfect.



Double Album, 45's.

Listening to it LOUD.

Reading Everybody Loves Our Town has me all grunged out this week.  Boy some of this stuff didn't hold up well at all, but these were still pretty rockin':

am i the only person who can listen to an album too much?  i just put in silent shout (the knife) and listened to it, and yes i know it has been like the hundreth time, and then for some reason, this time . . . eh, not as good.  it is what happened to dinousaur jr's first two albums.  i worshipped them at one time, and now find them to stink.
