it's Bar Pilar, and it's nothing to really write home about ... it's way too hot right now b/c of the st-ex conx, and it's not the kind of place that's fun to go to when it's crowded ... food is so-so
sucks how much the menu prices went up at st-ex, it just got too crazy there ... would make for an interesting study in how a restaurant/bar starts as a neighborhood place and turns into a yuppie destination spot, attracting folks from nova and beyond, inspiring a price change [/b]
