What's the connection betwen 9:30 and Sonar?

 just kidding, I believe just a contract or something to help book shows in Baltimore. 930 Club doesnt have enough days in the week to book all the bands coming through, so perhaps Seth does the booking for the venue.
 
  i would assume, suppose someone who knows should answer.

Twangirl can answer best, but 9:30 doesn't want to open a B-more venue themselves so they have worked with several different venues in b-more over the years.  Sonar is one of them.
