I'm going with Love Is All.  I cannot stop listening to that song on myspace.

I say there will be a european indie "breakthrough" for Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, since they are going to release their record in three weeks..

I have to agree with the We Are Scientists votes. They seem to be picking up steam. And they are pretty damn funny and likable. You can find their Letterman appearance  here. I'm still not completely won over by the songs, but I think seeing them live might do the trick.

I predict a new supergroop will headline Coachella.
Peaches, Iggy Pop, and Peaches & Herb.

Wow, I now think you guys are totally right about We Are Scientists.  I've heard more buzz about them in the last week than for any band in a long time.

Not eoungh poeple in We Are Scientists.

I'm going with Wolf Parade.  Critics these days seem to love lots of people in a band.

I haven't heard these guys, bu they allegedly sound like a radio-friendly Interpol.  They are a Geffen band that is priming their pump on myspace.

I take it this is the harbinger of the coming commercialization of indie rock.

I personally am not hyping this band, but you're pretty correct, it's Interpol sounding although not as "accessible" or "radio friendly" as people are making out. I could see them being a big OC-type band.
