Yes, THE Bruce.  Though it was hard to hear him sing over the "BROOOOOOOOCE" chants.  
 
 I noticed before the show that they have banners hanging in the rafters alongside all the Flyers and 76ers banners for the consecutive number of sellouts by Springsteen and Billy Joel.

No, no surpise club dates on this tour.  Last tour they did Irving Plaza in NY before the album was released.  I am in NYC now or I'd love to see Rattle and Hum again on the big screen.
 
 Oh, you be betty, you weren't even alive in '83?  I first saw this band on December 13, 1980!!!  I (gulp) was your age and had the same concert problem with my parents you are having now.  I snuck out to see U2...I just had to.  Didn't get caught (phew) and told them years later....they laughed.  Not recommending that for you, though.      Yikes, coming up on 25 years ago!

Probably like many, I have the 1990 album with "Ball and Chain".  But that's it.  I'm up for it, so if I get these tickets, I'm in!!
