i'll be there. clockcleaner is one of the very few bands around right now who are actually dangerous, unpredictable, and provocative (oxbow being one of the only others). i'm surprised the black cat is taking a chance with this show, as they usually never touch anything like this.

Any chance of this selling out in advance? It's on the backstage and the BC sells backstage tickets ahead of time now.

I'll probably pick up mine tomorrow at spectrum just to be safe.

Clockcleaner sounds like an industrial band...

 Anyway, I'll be there.

bradford (singer of deerhunter) said:

COCKCLEANER kick ass. we had a rough begining but then i grew to love them. they have a strobe light, which is cool.

 one more thing...
COCKCLEANER and QUEERHUNTER are going to put out a limited (edition of 5) cassette single together. Keep your ears peeled.

Yeah the fact that it's on the backstage is bizarre.

I kinda like it there though.

there were maybe 40 people watching them at the rock and roll hotel just 4 months ago, so maybe that has something to do with it.

I think that's just because H St is a pain in the ass to get to.

How was the show?  I wound up flaking; I was too burned out from training and new job paperwork.  Bummed, but a good night sleep is exactly what I needed.
