Oh yeah, I got tickets for 47 of my closest friends...we can't wait to go.  All 47 of us (not an ebay sale to be made for even one of my 47 tickets).  Craziest thing is I have a JOB and couldn't get online at 10:00 a.m. because I was in an important MEETING so I found someone who COULD get online at 10:00 a.m.  I know, I know, I musta been my school's valedictorian with a brain like mine.

Guv'ner opened up at the Black Cat show, and I still remember very vividly that they sucked. Momus (I think) opened up the CHicago show on that tour and they were HILARIOUS. Really amusing. But don't worry about missing Guv'ner. 8 years have passed and I remember how sucky they were. So that should say something  :)

this happens EVERY time a good band(s) hit the 9:30 Club.

why do people still feel the need to bitch about it?

you got beat to the punch.  suck it up and swallow it down, and face the facts; if you want to see this show, you'll have to get over the fact that you weren't lucky enough to get tickets and turn to ebay.

what don't people understand about that?

jeez, i thought everybody got the picture after the 05 audioslave fiasco..

and besides,  it's not like the pogues, where tickets are selling for hundreds of dollars over face value, because nobody has them.

I'm going to go ahead and say that these cost 110 after fees.  I see plenty of tickets for 140-160 range.  That's THIRTY DOLLARS OVER FACE VALUE.

if you want to see the bands half as much as you're saying, fifteen dollars over face value/ticket won't mean anything to you.

shut the hell up and buy the god damn tickets.  bitching on here isn't getting you any closer to getting inside the doors for either show.

and frankly, we've heard show bitching done a lot better before.

chokey- chill. Generally these sales go on at 10 am so more people can get in on the sale. Oh and there was an Audioslave debacle?

How many tickets for $110 after fees? Looking at the rest of your math, I'm thinking you're talking about two tickets.

I didn't get tickets, but I bet two tickets were less than $90, even with fees.

i didn't buy tickets, but i'm pretty sure they were 45 a piece BEFORE fees, which means about 55 AT LEAST after fees.  that's at elast 110/pair, possibly 120.  anybody who bought them wanna chime in?

Has anyone else seen the setlists from the European tour? Good gawd, they are digging out some great songs! And no two nights are the same.
