No one is saying you don't have the freedom of speech, just please deal with your pollitics in a fashonable manner.
I've never been known to be 'fashionable' and yes, "Bush is a Mother F*****"...whatever "Mother F*****" means, rather an odd phrase if you ask me. I prefer to say "Bush is a TWAT"...much more expressive in my opinion

 BTW,

It's immature and only one l in politics.\

I consider them to be stealing our jobs Joe (who says we don't want them), along with stealing our countryâ??s medicate & their children getting free education. Along with criminality & the disease that Dupek Chakra stated, it is enough to make me sick. I haven't even started on the overpopulation threat and the terrorism threat that are posed from this issue. Enough Is Enough.

Roadbike Makie, thanks for the spelling lesson. Quick question though, did you have a true problem with my spelling, or was it just your liberal instinct to do anything to avoid the real topic we're talking about?

 Here we go guys.

 Immature
 Politics

 And for the finaleâ?¦

 Illegals!

Boy did I learn my lesson.

actually, it's prima facie, although this is an understandable slip-up given your (assumed) knowledge of Latin:

The phrase prima facie is sometimes misspelled prima facia in the mistaken belief that facia is the actual Latin word; however, the word is in fact facies (fifth declension), of which facie is the ablative.
but getting back to the issue here (lest moose call me a substance-avoiding liberal), you rest your case on the simple fact that Illegals are illegal, end of debate?  no further justification required?  everything that is illegal is bad?  illegal/legal status can't and shouldn't be changed?  i don't agree with dupek and moose's assertions, but they do make for a more convincing argument...

Your right. Illegal Is Illegal. End of story. Now how you do not agree with that is beyond me, but you have your opinion.

Not only you keep talking about things unrelated to the 9:30 club, but now you are starting to blame illegals for all the things you don't like (without any convincing argument). It seems that as long as people criticize illegals, it is good to use the 9:30 board. However, as for criticizing your president, you don't agree with using the 9:30 board for this purpose.

just because something is illegal doesn't mean we should be automatons about it.  for me, just being illegal is rarely enough to motivate me to not do something.  are all ALL of your MP3s legal?  ever smoked a cuban cigar, or (gasp) consumed drugs?  do you speed or run an occasional red light or stop sign?  these are all illegal, yet we do them.

i do support stronger laws on illegal immigration, and i'm not blind to the social costs incurred by illegals.  what i'm against is how the argument is presented and the associations made with illegals.  it's badly-veiled xenophobia for the most part.  having spoken with more than my share of anti-illegal types, i saw an abnormal obsession with kicking out illegals to the point of calling for gestapo-like campaigns of rounding people up by gun-point and throwing them in the back of a truck in the middle of the night.  armed Minutemen taking the law into their own hands.  the belief that once illegals are gone, all of this country's problems will be solved.  so much blind hatred.

guess what's going to happen to the price of fruits and vegetables if we don't get a decent guest-worker program going... there is no way we're getting enough legals to work picking fruit at $3.50 an hour.

Why do Americans who smoke aa little illegal dope get prison terms, but illegal aliens get free health care.

 It doesn't add up.

I 100% agree with this.  I can't STAND "protesters" who seem like they're just out there to cause a ruckus and say they were there.  It accomplishes nothing at all, and is utterly counterproductive to whatevery they are trying to protest.

However, there's a difference between some toolbag in a Free Mumia or Che Guerva t-shirt shouting cursewords at the president, and some people making a joke about the party-hearty Bush daughters in relation to a fellow party-hearty royal prince who is actually going to Iraq.  You'll notice, no one even brought up anything negative on GWB until you came in here and jumped the gun.
