no losses, fourth place with 7 new players no left back and the best player sidelined and that's still not good enough? what exactly are you expecting from newcastle united on sept 13?

Although it would be nice to rid ourselves of the Glazers and the debt they buried us with. United have shown time and time again that success is achieved via a youth system, not a checkbook...So no big spending required. (imo)

according to this website (scroll down to bottom), ManU has the second-highest payroll so it appears that they are in fact spending big.
