Make your picks now!

IPA Bracket
Imperial IPA Bracket

I snickered when I saw Port City's IPA (49th percentile overall and 30th percentile for style in ratebeer) listed first. Then I snickered some more when I saw Rebel IPA included. Who made this thing up, Hutch?  :D

That Hutch is such a loser when it comes to beer....

Soul Style -Green Flash

I am not sure why, but that has always buged me a little

I understand the devout pilgrim and those who abstain for health reasons

but I never understood his gripe with the drink
as he attends so many parties and has lavish bars at every one of his hotels and golf clubs

Does the inner circle also abstin in his presence
Although Bannon I take for brown liquor

heads-up:

Craft Brewers Conference
April 10-13
Washington, D.C.

there are always a bunch of peripheral events: tap take-overs, meet-the-brewer, special tappings, beer dinners, etc.

this was good to hear:
A special focus of McCulla?s collecting will be on homebrewing, which she traces back to the 1960s.

?Homebrewing was really where craft brewing began. We would not have what we call craft beer today without homebrewing,? she said.
