way cool that they're making this will-call only, should limit the scalpers. i've been on the fence about trekking down for the 20th, getting tix to this would definitely get me on board.

g.d. all these people posting threads with information we already know. paging hoya the bitch.
-
actually, at the moment you're being the bitch, walkies. you remind me of the grade-school kid who got busted doing something and now needs to squeal to the teacher every time someone else does anything. newsflash: your juvenile behavior is not endearing you to anyone.
fyi, this thread will become the roll call and location for "i didn't get tickets" complain-a-thon. it has re-use value :)
-
Woohoo. Party like it's 1989.
-
Moby sunday (90's), Beasties monday (80's), I guess Springstein would fit quite nicely in the natural time regression for tuesday.

Oh good, they called you "honey" too. I was going to call them and ask if I missed an upgrade in our relationship, but it looks like it was mass production.
-
It'll cost you a BIT more - but Sheryl Crow will be performing an intimate acoustic set and discussing music's influence on politics 2:00-4:00 the same day at Gibson Showroom... with the announcements in this thread, you pretty much have everything you'd find in my blog, minus a smart ass remark about Jay-Z's prices ;-)
-
Hmmm, way to go, Seth.
-
WOOHOO!
-
Got 4 - this is gonna be sweet! ;D
-
Sheryl Crow will be performing an intimate acoustic set and discussing music's influence on politics 2:00-4:00 the same day at Gibson Showroom...
I can't imagine anything worse than having to sit through this. I hope there's a Q&A and someone asks her why her boyfriends keep dumping her.

HA! Good question.

Oh boy! I'm just in time for all the first-time posters' threads that complain about tickets.com being run by scalpers or the 930 making shady deals with scalpers or whatever the bs complaint du jour is.

I'd take one for the team and be willing to find out and date her :) Maybe she's a fucking nut job. Perfect for me.
-
relevant or not i would jump at the chance to see the beastie boys in this setting, being bummed that i missed them at vfest a couple years ago and it's like they tour all that much.... but seeing as it will be a <word deleted> times infinity due to the level of chaos brought courtesy of the inauguration i'll be passing
-
Will getting into the city via MD already be a pain by then?
-
it could get ugly depending on if the madness will have set in on the green line or not that night...
-
Rad, but I'll pass. Sounds inssaaaaanneeee
-
Sounds cool, Seth, thanks for the show. However, a bit bummed about the amount of notice before tix on sale...not around the computer much on a Friday eve...Anyhow, I'd probably have to pass for the price and trying to get down there (not complain, my bills are my own and the crowd is no reflection on 930).
Yet, bring the Beasties back, Seth, please and thanks!

She seems fine to me. However, Lance's new girlfriend is preggers quieting the rumors he doesn't want to have more kids.
-
The only way this show will be any good is if Sheryl Crow stages a "birth" of her adopted kid, including a fake hospital room set, stirrups, buckets and buckets of blood and viscera, lots of screaming, and her kid stuffed into a stomach pouch of some nature. I'd have no problem with the Beastie Boys playing the doctors, but only if they have on-hand the giant inflatable penis from their Whip Out Your Dick tour.

I believe what this really proves is that Lance can do more with one nut than must of us can do with two ;)

uh, "having" kids doesn't necessarily mean "want" kids.

Yes, although I decided not to go that route, that is an observation and/or opinion one could assume. He's been dating her about six months. I guess they pulled a "Miranda".
