yeah . . . but you think heath joker is better than jack joker.Only assholes think Jack's Joker was better. You know nothing about Batman if you think Jack's Joker was better. It was Jack in Joker make-up. Jack didn't win any awards for his complete transformation into the Joker. I don't watch Batman and think "That's The Joker" I think "That's Jack Nicholson". Heath Ledger completely disappeared and WAS The Joker. I still love Jack as The Joker, but he doesn't hold a candle to Heath.

tonight
Savages on KEXP at 4:30.
P.S. I just logged a bit of time with KEXP. Talk about boring indie rock by numbers programming. Enjoyed the few Savages tracks I have heard, though.
That list is only 2/3 boring (in my opinion, i know everyone has different TASTES).
(swans being the exception)
Next three: Deerhunter, Parquet Courts, Grizzly Bear.
what's the verdict on a band member wearing his own band's t-shirt during a performance?

All modern jokers pale in comparison to Cesar Romero, who really knew how to wear a pair of pants.(._. ) ok

I watched their stream from the Wiltern last night. Excellent performance, but I think that there's too much hype behind the new LP. I've heard every song from it now, and though it's good, I don't think it can really compare to their first 3 LPs.
I think there isn't enough punch to the album. I actually like the slower songs on this album, I think it's well put together, but I think they needed an extra 2 or 3 songs that kick real hard ass. I still like the album. I saw about an hour or so of the stream last night before I fell asleep and it was badass. I like the animated videos being part of their visuals.QOTSA

"Kalopsia", "If I Had A Tail" and "Vampyre Of Time & Memory" will not leave my head.]I think there isn't enough punch to the album. "I Sat By the Ocean" is absolutely genius. I think I like the mellower songs more too. Frankly, if they never played "Burn the Witch" again, I'd be Ok with that. I never cared for that one. It just seems boring and repetitive.
