Full disclosure time... Kosmette was until recently the Museum Coordinator at the Heurich House but has moved on to a different job.  We have since become part of the dedicated volunteers helping out with spearding the word, helping out at events etc.
 
 The house is open for regular tours on this schedule, however there maybe more open house hours given the recent press coverage.  
 
 Wednesdays 12:15pm and 1:15pm
 Saturdays 1:15pm
 ($5.00 Per Person)
 
 There is another open house Friday PM me for further details.
 
 AMERICAN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS HOST RECEPTION - Friday, February 10,
 5:30-7:30...$15/ $10 with university, museum, or preservation non-profit

 Lastly, there is swankier affair on Valentine's day.
 
 Champagne & Truffles at The Castle      
 Tuesday, 14 February, 2006
 8:30 to Midnight, $75/person

 I mentioned to Kosmette that the castle should have people out in the street right outside the castle shaking people down for $$
 
 you could really get alot from folks on their way home from work etc
