It's the venue for me. While I can market and get people to go to Vfest, I couldn't do it. Nothing against the promoters, it's just the venue is awful, and really truly, you'd have to bring a band that I'd never, ever, ever, ever see again there like a one off. I think it's a great idea, I just personally could never go. (plus, major crowd anxiety at shows + no respite from it unless you leave the grounds completely = bad combination : ) )
Plus, I can't afford spending 1/3 of my rent on a 2 day show when most likely I'd be missing half the acts i liked anyway.
