I second the concurrence.
Kosmo also remembered my favorite quote regarding Warhols/BJM (we have discussed GG before, this isn't  the first time;)).
This show won't become like The OC since music  has been a part of their storyline since the beginning. Plus, let's not forget which show gave birth to the Dave Rygalski character & who portrayed him...

Lauren Graham was in the local TV Guide a few years ago. I had remembered incorrectly, thinking she hailed from MD. She graduated from Langley H.S.

In other music news, Grant-Lee Phillips will return to his role of town troubadour.

Well, so much for any hopes of any GG referencing in the future ...

Just announced that this IS officially the last season and only two more episodes.

 Ah, good times.

The original writer always mentioned that the show was to end with one of  them at the alter and with last week's episode it looks like it may be Rory. Ugh.

I hate the food at the Birchmere, all the sauces are watery and the ranch tasted like paint, I thought i was taking drugs for a second with that dressing

Yes, yes they did.  That was 2001 or 2002....I can't even remember.  I think 2001.

if the season ends with rory and logan getting hitched, i'll be very very sad.

They also used one of my favorite XTC songs to start off an episode- Loreli and Rory silently go about getting up and ready and out the door as "earn enough for us" plays.

it was really a brilliant moment.
