I'm pretty sure radiator was out at that time because I was at that show and remember already knowing the album. I had the version with their b-sides disc included that was on flydaddy.

I also had the double-disc set with b-sides, but I could've sworn I'd bought it on import. You might be right that it had come out in the US, but if it had, I think it had come out within a day or two.
