Not that small (fits in your pocket, about the same size as a sidekick) that runs a full blow version of an OS (not a mobile version) has that much storage on a hard disk (not flash) and built in wi-fi (which the Apple video player is sorely missing).
I agree with you though - at that price it's not going to make a dent. I was just talking about how innovative it is, yet ignored. I don't see it as a threat to many Apple products.
