first of all if we're talking about wmata, how is it a stretch to talk about an area serviced by that authority as being dc? you made the right assumptions, so obviously you knew what i was talking about, except you left out the people that work in tysons/reston/herndon/dulles, which really is more important than the people that live there (and i dont see how "i see a better argument for all of those offices in the tysons/reston/herndon/dulles area needing metro service" is unclear)
