Don't 30 year old's look stupid pogo'ing at concerts? It's time to just enjoy the music and leave the acting like idiots to the young'uns!

I just put in my order for both Meadowlands and Secaucus.  So, the Wrens will soon be newest in my cd player (remember the days when we said "on my turntable").

I am Kloot: These guys are brilliant.

I saw them open for the Webb Brothers at the Venue in Edinburgh two years ago and their CD has had steady rotation in my player ever since. There are very few discs that I can say this about.

Can't wait for the new album to be released.

Elbow owes us a tour! I am so hoping that with the release of their new album (Aug-UK) that they bring I Am Kloot along with them. Would be one of those perfect shows.

No, I Am Kloot have never been here.

Magnet(Evan Johansen) is supporting Elbow in the UK for their tour. Would be nice to include him in. Evan just told a friend of mine that he's coming to the US but wouldn't say with whom. Wouldn't be surprised if it's with David Gray from something that was said and he has opened for him. Hope not or I'll miss him. It is supposed to be with someone big.

Also, South has a new album due out in the UK in September (I think the 22nd) which sounds good. Not much different than their past efforts. I want them back here too. Oh, and the new UNKLE(James Lavelle) album is great. Joel Cadbury(South) is one of the guest singers, along with many others.

While I'm on new stuff, BRMC release their new album on August 25th(I think) but Peter Hayes told another friend of mine that it will be released in the US on September 2nd. I have an Advance and it sounds good. Still pissed at them for skipping this area on their tour. Heard that their shows in Detroit, NYC and Toronto were great.

Oh, and The Rain Band will be in NYC in November. They also know that they better get their soggy Manc arses here in the Baltimore/DC area when they come over. I'm doing my part.

Haven't heard of any US Longview tours but their album Mercury was just released in the UK last Monday. Hopefully they will tour here this Fall or Winter.
