In all fairness Markie, you didn't even know who the real Rhett Miller was.  Or my name for that matter!

Good switch back to Markie, btw.

I admit it.  Let's hope I learn well and I learn fast.  But I will say, the name switching is a pain in the ass and so far I'm lost.  I guess if I were to meet everyone and hang out, like so many of y'all seem to.....  But then the mystery's gone.

Oh my god DAMN that was excellent -- but ggw isn't #1507!?!

I had noticed that the member # doesn't change, but am not quite crazed enough to chase down member numbers in old threads.  I'm nuts, but that would be beyond the pale.

Though I am talking about flying to L.A. to go to Amoeba records.  Yes, a record store.

Still, I'm not hunging down #469 or #1507 or....well, you get it.

Plus, Bob, when you change your user name, it changes in *every* thread for *all* your postings.

**I was wrong, only changes in that thread.  I'm taking a nap now.**
     :p

One question -- you can always go back to your user name though, right?
