As I understand it, you can change your billing address just for a moment and appear to be from that country to get what you need.

I haven't tried it myself, but I have read of others doing it.

There is now a EU version of eMusic with separate billing and added VAT.  Not sure how they are separating out the non-US folks if it's just based on address or something else.   Looks like they will be getting access to stuff not available to the US like Domino... Would be interesting to see watch what additions they get and whether or not a second account will be in order  :)

Of course the Europeans eMusic users have been complaining about US only downloads for awhile now, so I guess this is only fair  :)

I see what you're getting at Kosmo.  The French Version will be available for sale in the US as a Special Edition with an altered track list adding three bonus songs as well (Moody, Sweet and Tender Hooligan, and Blue Monday).  It comes out August 22nd in stores, but I'm not sure about downloads.

The pending question is whether or not one other song that is on some versions of the album will be included as a hidden track - a track called "Eisbaer" by a Swiss band called Grauzone.

It's similar to their first album.  Some versions had "Friday Night, Saturday Morning" and some didn't.

 Here's the new Track list:

 1.   The Killing Moon
 2.   Ever Fallen in Love?
 3.   Dance with Me
 4.   Don't Go
 5.   Dancing with Myself
 6.   Pride (In the Name of Love)
 7.   O Pamela
 8.   Heart of Glass
 9.   Confusion
 10.   Human Fly
 11.   Bela Lugosi's Dead
 12.   Shack Up
 13.   Let Me Go
 14.   Fade to Grey
 BONUS
 15.   Moody
 16.   Sweet and Tender Hooligan
 17.   Blue Monday

There is also a French version of the first album as well with two bonus tracks... Too bad they didn't record it in French as well that would have been cool also
