show was great, really good energy.  Maybe a few too many new songs, the new album isn't really my cup of tea.  Highlights had to be Country Feedback and Permanent Vacation.  Background lighting was fantastic.

I'll agree with streetspirit - Great show, but a little heavy on the new stuff.  I can't really fault them for that though.  They are touring to promote the new album. And the new songs sound much better live.  They actually played more old stuff than I expected.  "Begin The Begin" and "These Days" did not suck.  The opening line to "Cuyahoga" was quite appropriate:

 Let's put our heads together
and start a new country up.

We even got a verse or two of "Born To Run" before it completely fell apart.

 Nice show.

Yep...lots of new stuff but it sounded really great live.

I hated the new record on the first listen - last night is going to make me try it again.

"Cuyahoga" was definitely the highlight for me.

Was it just me or did Angela McCluskey suck? I long for the days when Luscious Jackson and Grant Lee Buffalo were R.E.M. openers.
