i always thought their humor reflected a monty python influence. perhaps not as much as mr show, but it's still there.
i thoroughly enjoyed the show. there were a couple of sketches that missed the mark -- "superdrunk" wasn't that good -- but most of it was funny. they definitely have become cruder, which doesn't necessarily equate to better; i think mr show did crude better. i liked the carfucker and middled-aged tweaker sketches. gavin was good, too.
and brian walalce was right: this was, like, totally, by far the most exciting thing that happened to me all year. maybe, like, the best thing ever.
