I saw DFA1979 on the "vice records" tour down in Richmond a month or two ago. The two dudes seemed pretty arrogant but they were solid live. The dude's bass setup is totally excessive. They had the coked up hipsters dancing, plus I think the whole tour they were giving out free Sparks. All the hipsters left before Panthers, who they went nuts for last year.
