i call him Leaping Whooper. it's a pretty self-explanatory nickname. he looks sorta like the singer of midnight oil and is at every post-punk/new wave show, either leaping and whooping, or at least doing serious deep knee bands. and whooping.

Bombay, I thought he was kind of reserved that night, but he was still entertaining. That whooping is pretty distinctive though.  I always love seeing the moustachio guy. He definitely comes out for the retro shows. He kind of jumps up and down and does a happy little dance.

I went to a show waaay back (Kula Shaker I think?) where a guy kept trying to do handstands in the middle of the floor.
