Your point?  There's some sort of quota or limitation -- one memorial per war?  Well, WWII was pretty fuckin' big, so it seems fitting they have a memorial at least as big as the Korean War Memorial.  You know, this is DC, the nation's capital.  This is where that kind of shit belongs.  I don't get your issues, Buck...
